Join Melissa for an inspiring vision board workshop focused on planting the seeds of intention for the year ahead. A vision board is a visualization tool consisting of pictures, magazine clippings, phrases, and quotes that is used as inspiration for your journey towards your dreams and goals. This workshop will begin with a meditation to reflect, connect, and get clear about what you would like to create in your life in 2019, then you will put your dreams on paper.
