The new year is the perfect time to commit to making positive changes in your life. Join Melissa for an inspiring vision board workshop focused on planting the seeds of intention for the year ahead. A vision board is a visualization tool consisting of pictures, magazine clippings, phrases, and quotes that is used as inspiration for your journey towards your dreams and goals. This workshop will begin with a meditation to reflect, connect, and get clear about what you would like to create in your life in 2018, then you will put your dreams on paper. No art experience necessary.
Supplies will be provided. Please bring photos and magazines that inspire you.
