I go to Mondazzi’s probably once or twice a month (good for my mental health, bad for my wallet😆) Today I went in hoping to get a pendant fixed that I bought a few months ago. I talked with Shayna and she offered to try a solution, then she wrapped the pendant up so it could set properly and not get damaged. She even said if it didn’t work out to come back and she would wire wrap it for me. She was very kind, knowledgable and helpful. I always love looking at the new crystals that come in. I got some really beautiful rings, pendants and crystals. Also they’re having an amazing sale in the discount room (you can always find a diamond in the rough even if it isn’t completely perfect!)
