You may have seen the beaded bracelets and necklaces before, a mala is a string of beads used as a meditation tool to help you focus and calm the mind. Learn more about the history of the mala and how to incorporate it into your daily life. Everyone will leave the workshop with a beautiful wooden bead and lava stone mala. Want a scented mala? Infuse your lava stone beads with your favorite essential oil to keep you relaxed and calm throughout your day!
