Experience a guided chakra cleansing meditation followed by a themed meditation for well-being. Relax and de-stress after work so you can go home feeling rejuvenated. All you need to do is close your eyes and breath!
You will receive a specific tumbled stone to enhance the energies of the themed meditation.
The themed guided meditation is called “shining bright.” We will brighten our energetic fields embracing our strengths and unique individuality.
