Mala Making Workshop

Join Melissa for a fun crafty morning creating your own beautiful mala or creating a special gift for someone in your life! You’ve probably seen the beaded bracelets and necklaces before, a mala is a string of beads used as a meditation tool to help you focus and calm the mind. Learn more about the ancient history of the mala and how to incorporate it into your daily life to reduce stress. Participants can choose from a variety of wood beads, lava beads, charms and tassels to personalize their mala. All participants will leave class with a beautiful mala created with wood beads and lava stone accent beads. Infuse your lava beads with your favorite essential oil to keep you relaxed and calm throughout your day!
