You’ve probably seen the beaded bracelets and necklaces before, a mala is a string of beads used as a meditation tool to help you focus and calm the mind. Learn about the ancient history of the mala and how to incorporate it into your daily life to reduce stress. Also, learn about the chakra system and how it connects to everyday life and how to tap into the remarkable healing properties of the bead. Choose from a variety of carefully selected sacred wood beads from Bali, accent lava beads from Iceland, 7 crystal beads to represent the chakras, charms and tassels to personalize your mala. Essential oils will be available if you’d like to infuse your lava beads to create an aromatherapy mala.
