Aromatherapy is one of the safest and oldest methods of healing known throughout all cultures and time immemorial. We will cover aromatherapy basics, history, and possible uses/applications. In addition, you will learn methods to create your own products to increase wellness. We will make an essential oil roller to take home as a gift.
