Crystal Essence Sound Journeys
A Unique Meditation Experience with Lynne Hartwell and Doug Yaeger
Crystal Essence Sound Journeys is an artful combination of gongs, chimes, ocean drum, rain cascades, soothing vocals, Tibetan bowls, crystal pyramids & crystal bowls, tingshaws, indigenous flute, healing rattle and hand drums.
There will be a crystal grid where you can add in personal items (crystals, stones, jewelry etc) to be energetically cleansed and charged for Positive Energy.
You will be seated or lying down for about an hour. Please bring pillows, mats, blankets, etc so you can maximize your meditative experience.
