Lava Stone Mala Making Workshop

The Mala Making Workshop is back yet again! This is always a popular class and it was packed with almost 20 students last time.

Join Melissa for a fun crafty ​morning​ creating your own mala or creating a gift for someone special in your life! You may have seen the beaded bracelets and necklaces before, a mala is a string of beads used as a meditation tool to help you focus and calm the mind. Learn more about the history of the mala and how to incorporate it into your daily life. Everyone will leave the workshop with a beautiful wooden bead and lava stone m​​​ala. We will be using the lava stone as accent beads, lava​ ​stones are beautiful and also​ porous allowing the ability to apply essential oils on to the beads for scented malas.

Material will be provided.
No experience necessary.

​Each student who registers for this workshop will be entered into a raffle to win a beautiful lava stone and amazonite mala which is pictured above.
