Join us for a relaxing morning of intention setting and create your own sacred mala!
You’ve probably seen the beaded bracelets and necklaces before, a mala is a string of beads used as a meditation tool to help you focus and calm the mind. Learn about the history of the mala and how to incorporate it into your daily life to reduce stress. Choose from a variety of carefully selected wood and crystal beads, spacers, charm and tassel to personalize your mala. The choices for expression are endless. Everyone will leave class with a unique mala they’ve created.
Class is $30.00 and includes supplies, please save your spot by calling 860-285-0538. Prepayment is required.
Additional mala making kits can be purchased for $15.00 each to take home with you.
