I will start with why i wanted to become an instructor. After participating in several Qi Gong sessions I have gained inner peace and my connection to True Source within. Which lead me to deeper understanding of self and my life’s purpose. Qi Gong keeps me clear minded and always guided. Not only does this ancient practice helps me Spiritually but the physical health benefits are amazing. Just 45 mins of Qi Gong breathing is equivalent to 5 miles cardiovascular. Qi moves the blood in the body so disease cannot settle. Come learn more about Qi Gong and most importantly come learn about yourself.
