Join Reiki Master Melissa Pieciak to learn more about Reiki, a gentle healing technique that acknowledges that all imbalances in the mind and body are rooted in the energetic field. Reiki encourages energy to freely flow throughout the mind and body, releasing stuck and unbalanced energy. Reiki improves physical health, emotional well-being, reduces stress, increases mental clarity and creates better overall health and wellness.

People from all walks of life and careers will benefit tremendously from learning Reiki! Parents, this training is perfect to learn healing techniques to use with your children. Yoga teachers, Reiki will help you be a better teacher and it will also aid in better assists. Massage therapists, opening up to Reiki increases your intuitive touch so you can better support your clients. If you’re in a job that leaves you feeling drained this is a great way to learn self-care techniques and methods to ground and protect your energy so you can help others without feeling depleted.

In this training you will:

-Learn about the history and the lineage of Reiki.
-Receive an attunement which will open you to channeling Reiki energy.
-Learn the hand positions for self-healing.
-Learn the hand positions for giving Reiki to others.
-Learn how to protect and clear your energy.
-At the completion of this training you will receive a Level 1 Usui Reiki certification.

This training is open to everyone and no prior experience is necessary.

Melissa Pieciak is the creator of Blissful By Melissa, a health and wellness company dedicated to bringing bliss to peoples lives through Reiki, Yoga and Meditation! Melissa was divinely guided to Reiki when she began her self-healing journey and has been hooked ever since! After experiencing all of the positive changes that Reiki facilitated in her life, Melissa had a deep desire to learn more leading her to enroll in multiple Reiki trainings. Melissa feels that her Reiki trainings were sacred experiences that truly changed her life by deepening her connection to her own inherent energy, strengthening her ability to heal and expanding her connection to her higher self.

After completing her Reiki Master training at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, Melissa was thrilled to share the bliss of Reiki with others through Reiki trainings and sessions. Melissa also completed a Yoga Teacher Training at Kriplau Center for Yoga & Health and has certifications in Restorative Yoga and Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga. Melissa has offered over 3,000 Reiki, Yoga and Meditation sessions and trainings throughout Connecticut and Massachusetts.
