This creative workshop is designed to help you clarify what goals are most important to you right now and how to move forward in bringing more of what you want into your life!

We will start our time together with a guided sound meditation featuring gongs, Tibetan and Rin bowls accompanied by other percussion instruments. We focus on what principles are important to you during this season of your life…Peace, Joy, Adventure, Wisdom…the possibilities are endless. Deciding what is right for you in this time and place is the first step. This meditation will help quiet the “noise” so you can focus on your dreams and goals. With these guiding principles in mind we transition to the art portion of the workshop.

Using watercolors we create rock cairns to help anchor our intentions. Focusing on these three principles embellishing the cairns to further solidify our principles and activate our intentions. What symbols and marks are you drawn to? What colors symbolize your principle? What textures? Let your imagination run wild, there is no right or wrong, this is purely for you! You will leave the workshop with these visual guides, with each life decision, does this opportunity bring me closer to my three principles? They will be your faithful guide in the journey ahead.
